Position Overview
Nestled within the inviting atmosphere of Endicott College’s Wylie Inn &
Tupper Manor, the Cafe Breakfast Cook & Attendant plays a key role in providing a warm and welcoming dining experience. Reporting to
the Executive Chef, this position is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and
delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a friendly, detail-oriented professional with a passion for food and
hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook
breakfast items such as eggs, waffles, and other cafe offerings. - Set up and maintain the continental breakfast station, ensuring
items are replenished as needed. - Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service to all guests.
- Prepare and serve
beverages, including espresso-based drinks, tea, and specialty beverages. - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and
efficiently. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety
standards. - Perform opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
- Keep inventory of food and beverage items,
notifying management of any shortages. - Maintain and restock the grab-and-go station with fresh offerings.
- Other duties as
assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or
hospitality training preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in food preparation, cafe service, or
hospitality. - Experience with breakfast service or barista skills is a plus.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
with a friendly, approachable demeanor. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and
consistency. - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Proficiency in handling cash, credit card transactions,
and basic point-of-sale systems. - Willingness to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
In compliance
with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the hourly pay range for this position is $19.00-20.00 per hour. Endicott College considers factors
such as (but not limited to) job responsibilities, relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and external market data when determining
pay. The final hourly rate is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base pay only and does
not include benefits or other compensation.
