General Summary
The Operations Coordinator serves as a vital link between Wrangler Kitchen and the Wrangler Market, ensuring seamless food flow, consistent product availability, and high-quality offerings. This role combines logistics, food service coordination, and menu support to enhance the overall customer experience.
Specific Position Duties
Coordinate and transport food items between Wrangler Kitchen and the Market
Ensure all grab-and-go and prepared food options are fully stocked, fresh, and presented well
Monitor inventory levels of food items and communicate needs to kitchen staff
Assist in menu planning and development for Market offerings
Maintain food quality standards, temperature control, and food safety compliance
Support both kitchen and Market teams during peak service times
Assist with labeling, packaging, and display of food products
Identify opportunities to improve product offerings and efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or food service operations
Valid Food Handler Certification (required)
Strong understanding of food safety, handling, and quality standards
Ability to manage time effectively and work between multiple locations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift and transport food items as needed
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Work Hours: 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday, 8am to 1pm on Saturday
