ASSISTANT FACILITIES DIRECTOR

Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, the Assistant Facilities
Director supports the overall planning, organization, and management of district facilities operations. This position plays a key role in
maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant facilities by overseeing motor pool, custodial, grounds, and maintenance functions, as well as
construction, remodeling, and compliance programs. The Assistant Facilities Director ensures the accuracy and accessibility of Safety Data
Sheets (SDS), updates safety manuals and policies, and communicates effectively with employees to identify and address safety concerns.
