Concessions Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervises employees and operational processes by
coordinating and overseeing daily work assignments within food service functions. Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and
regulatory standards. Supports smooth day-to-day operations by organizing workflows, maintaining service quality, and assisting in planning
activities related to staffing, inventory, and scheduling. Participates in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of
employees.

Responsibilities
1. Supervises employees and daily operations, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely execution
of work activities
2. Assists in hiring, onboarding, and training employees; monitors performance and provides feedback
3. Prepares
employee schedules, manages time-off requests, and ensures adequate staffing coverage
4. Organizes and conducts staff meetings to align
teams on priorities and operational updates
5. Maintains inventory of supplies and supports purchasing decisions to ensure uninterrupted
operations
6. Identifies and resolves operational issues, escalating concerns as needed to maintain service standards
7. Assists
management with budget-related activities, including tracking expenses and supporting cost control efforts
8. Reviews and implements
policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance
9. Generates and maintains basic reports using Excel and
internal systems to support operational tracking
10. Supports continuous improvement efforts by identifying workflow gaps and
recommending practical solutions

Minimum Qualifications
Five
years of experience in a related field, with two of those years working as a supervisor, or equivalency (one year of education can be
substituted for two years of related work experience); knowledge of related trade or department specific equipment, systems and procedures.
Demonstrated organizational, human relations and effective communication skills are also required.

Preferences

Working knowledge of operational procedures, systems, and workflow coordination
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for scheduling,
tracking, and reporting
Ability to support planning activities and interpret routine operational information
Strong
organizational, communication, and team coordination skills
