Among the key duties of this position are the following:

  • Performs routine duties involving the receipt, storage and invoice of food supplies in accordance with standard policies and procedures, or specific instructions.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • High school/vocational school education or equivalent plus approximately six months storekeeping experience.

Certifications/Licenses

  • Ability to pass the Food Handler’s Certification.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to read and follow daily issues sheets, delivery invoices and food order sheets.

Equipment Utilized

  • Operates platform truck, hand or electric truck, manual pallet jack, etc, to transport supplies.
  • Uses scale to weigh items.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Ability to tolerate prolong periods in a cold environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Special Conditions

  • The work schedule for this position may require some weekends depending on the operational needs.
  • Shift/Hours: TBD.
