Job Summary:

This position assists in the oversight of athletics facilities operations, event support,
facility maintenance, and day-to-day coordination of assigned athletic venues. The incumbent helps ensure efficient, safe, and
well-maintained athletic facilities while supporting current and long-term planning for athletics needs.

Job
Description:

  • Assists with the daily operation of athletics facilities and related event management
    activities.
  • Coordinates facility usage, scheduling, setup, and post-event operations for assigned sports and
    venues.
  • Monitors facility conditions and works with internal and external partners to address maintenance needs, repairs, and
    improvement projects.
  • Assists with budget monitoring for facilities, equipment, and maintenance expenses.
  • Reviews purchase
    requests and helps track facility-related expenditures and needs.
  • Coordinates with campus partners, vendors, contractors, and
    athletics staff to support facility operations and capital improvement projects.
  • Helps ensure facilities are maintained in
    compliance with department, University, SEC, and NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Assists in supervising and evaluating assigned
    personnel, student workers, or event staff as designated.
  • Supports planning efforts for facility upgrades, long-range maintenance,
    and operational efficiency.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assists in
overseeing day-to-day athletics facilities operations and event management.

2. Helps maintain and review budgets for athletics
equipment, facilities, and maintenance.

3. Assists with facility inspections, work orders, and operational readiness for practices,
competitions, and special events.

4. Supports long-range planning for the efficient maintenance and operation of athletics
facilities.

5. May assist with personnel oversight as designated by Athletics leadership

Preferred
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree

5 years of min experience

Substitution Statement: An equivalent combination
of related experience and education may be considered for this role. Substitutions of the required experience or education will be assessed
on a 1:1 substitution basis.

Compensation:

$62,441.60 – $93,641.60
