Senior Patient Services Representative (Referral Coordinator)

Position Introduction

Provides high quality administrative and coordination support to enhance service for
patients and referring providers. Facilitates effective communication among care providers and practice staff, partnering closely with
Patient Care teams to ensure timely, responsive service. Responsible for accurately verifying, processing, and entering incoming and
outgoing referrals and authorizations within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 18 months experience with a minimum
    of 6 months experience in a clinical environment and 12 months experience in a customer service role.
