Job Summary:
Eastern Washington University is
currently recruiting for a Food Services Supervisor 1 within our Panda Express location. This position supervises food
service employees in our Dining Services operations, special events, or catering locations. The position is responsible for food service
production in a large scale production kitchen.

The salary for this
position is $40,285.68 to $44,033, where the hired candidate will begin within this range is dependent on education, experience,
and skills.

Permit - Washington State Drivers License
- Two years of previous food service experience
- Demonstrated ability to apply
a responsive and flexible approach that is supportive of the needs including universal access of our students, faculty, staff and the

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous college or university food service experience.
- Supervision/lead
experience in a high volume food service location. - Previous Panda Express experience.
Other Skills and
Abilities:
Knowledge of: practices, methods, and procedures of large-scale food preparation and servicing; personal
hygiene, food handling, sanitation, and safety precautions; care and use of kitchen utensils and equipment; record keeping, report

Conditions of Employment:
- This position requires a valid food handlers permit and a
drivers license. - This position requires the ability to work evenings and weekends.
- This position must meet Panda Express
training expectations, franchise uniform requirements (uniforms are provided) and personal hygiene standards. - This is a 100%,
full-time (40 hours per week), partial-year career position that is eligible for full EWU benefits.
This position, during the course of university employment will be involved in the receipt of, or accountability for, university
funds or other items of value, as well as the unsupervised access with the developmentally disabled, vulnerable adults or children under the
age of 16. The offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion and passing of a background check prior to
beginning employment.
