Advanced Real Estate has acquired a two-property luxury multifamily portfolio in the heart of Hollywood from Kilroy Realty Corporation for an undisclosed price.
The Irvine-based company bought the 200-unit Sky Hollywood at 550 N. El Centro Ave., just a block from Larchmont and Paramount Pictures, and the 193-unit Jardine Hollywood towers at 6390 De Longpre Ave., which is less than a block from Netflix’s Los Angeles headquarters.
With these purchases, Advanced now owns nearly 13,000 units in Southern California, according to company officials.
The JLL team of Blake A. Rogers, Dillon Bergum, Alexandra C. Caniglia and Kip Malo brokered the deal, according to CoStar records.
