Individual will be needed occasionally during the summer months for processing insurance
and patient payments and other Business Office needs. Radiology for Athletics will also be scheduled in this time period. This is a summer
hourly position.
Duties/Responsibilities
Business Office Administration (50%)
- individual will be needed
occasionally during the summer months for processing insurance and patient payments and other Business Office
needs
Administrative (45%)
- Individual will also be needed for occasional coverage of front registration desk
appointment check-in
Radiology Administration (5%)
- Individual will meet with the Radiology Equipment
maintenance/recalibration company for one of the days, and will be available for Athletic requested x-rays
Minimum
Qualifications
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:
- A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology and five years of
experience, or a B.S. in Radiologic Sciences with three years of experience - Minimum of two years departmental-level supervisory and
scheduling experience
Required Licenses & Certifications:
- Registered with and maintaining an active license with the
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with PACS and CR
systems, operation, and maintenance
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in personal computer skills and the use of
electronic health records systems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
