Description
The Rosenthal Department of Management periodically hires non-tenure track faculty to instruct
undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational Behavior, including hiring in the Lecturer, Professor of Instruction, and Clinical
series titles. Needed courses range from introductory to advanced areas of specialization in management and organizational behavior; areas
of special interest include negotiation and conflict resolution, leading teams, managing human capital and people analytics, and related
topics. Positions are not available every semester and are contingent on funding. For more details on the school and the department, please

Qualifications
A master’s degree in relevant fields is required, with preferred
qualifications including a Ph.D. degree, demonstrated excellence (or potential for excellence) in teaching at the undergraduate and/or
graduate level, and strong communication skills. We are interested in applicants with a variety of strengths, with evidence of research
training essential for Clinical appointments. We will review applications when a position becomes available.
