Required
Education and Experience:
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- 12 months of clinical
experience.
Required Certifications and Licenses
- Certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and
registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.
