Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Food Service Worker – Casual for the Dining Services.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Performs general utility work in the various dining facilities at Rutgers University, including food prep, service and maintenance.

Salary Details
$18 – $22/hourly

Minimum Education and Experience
- High school/vocational school education or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift/carry food, beverage and maintenance equipment up to 50 lbs.
