Experiencing phenomenal growth, Wenzhou Business College is a top ranked private university approved by the Ministry of Education in
China. With over 21,000 students and 1,200 faculty members, the College invites applications for 10-year full-time tenure track positions at
all ranks in Management to begin in Fall 2026. The successful candidate will be able to teach Management, IB and strategy related courses,
as well as participate in the full range of faculty responsibilities, including scholarly research and service to the University. Applicants
should possess a PhD degree in a related discipline relevant to Management – such as IB, marketing, finance, business strategy – from an
AACSB or EQUIS accredited program. Applicants with related Social Science terminal degrees and proven research records are also strongly
encouraged to apply.
Ideally candidates should have a track record in refereed publications and strong potential to advance research
further. The academic rank and the competitive compensation and benefits package – including free housing, health insurance, schooling,
retirement contribution, home leave allowance and more – will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. High research
candidates with established publication record may be considered for a special research track, generous research funding, up to RMB 900,000
(about USD $140K) in tax-FREE salary (pending nationality), and additional allowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extra RMB one
million in housing subsidy. To receive full consideration, candidates need to submit a cover letter, CV, and research statement by email
