Description
The College Store Coordinator is responsible for
assisting the College Store Manager with the overall operation of the College Store. Assist the College Store Manager with reconciliation of
register receipts and register closeout reports for submission to the Accounting Office, management of course material adoptions, and
inventory management (placing/receiving orders, process invoices, process returns, etc.) Assume responsibility for the College Store in the
Manager’s absence. Assist students, faculty and staff with in-store and on-online purchases and refunds in accordance with established
procedures.
Closing Date: June 21, 2026, or open until filled.
Start Date: July 6, 2026.
Standard Working Hours: Monday -
Thursday; 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Salary: $2,750.00 per month.
Minimum
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Associates Degree
and Retail experience is preferred, but not required.
